What
We Believe about Internal Support Systems

- We believe
your computer network should work the way the guy who sold it to you
said it would.
- We believe
your computer network should be supported in a proactive, consistent
manner, like a gardener tends his garden. Most networks are tended
only when something goes wrong; not a very good strategy for growing
vegetables or companies.
- We believe
your computer network should be supported by people who think past
simply fixing the network to broader issues that can improve business
processes, empower your people and enable growth.
- We believe
your network should be a safe,
reliable place for your data - that your data should be safe from
viruses as it moves across the network and as it enters the network
via e-mail.
- We believe
the data on your network should be safe from loss. You can back
up with tape, CD or you can even use off-site services over the
Internet. We also believe you should make sure you're backing up successfully
by testing your restore monthly (Did you know
that almost 50% of backups don't restore, which means they didn't
back up?). Also test your UPSs once a quarter to confirm your
batteries in your battery backups are charged.
- We believe
your network should empower your people by allowing them access to
and sharing of the information they need to respond to customers more
quickly and with more authority.
- We believe
a portion of your data should be available 24/7 via the Internet to
better serve customers and provide prospects with enough information
to begin interacting with you.
- #1 There
are several good anti-virus software packages our clients use and
we can recommend.
