We offer this free service to companies with six networked computers or over $1 million in sales. If you qualify, we will evaluate how your company utilizes technology to support your marketing efforts. Too many small businesses have a substantial investment in technology, but don't use it anywhere close to its potential for improving customer service, increasing sales and finding new customers. We'll come to your company, interview you and any of your customer contact people to look at how they use their software, telephone, fax and email. We will also evaluate your marketing processes (prospecting, follow-up, number of contacts, customer retention, etc.). We will then sit down with you and present, in writing, how you can improve your marketing in general and how, specifically, you technology can help.
