We look at your business from three perspectives. 

• We evaluate your basic technology infrastructure.  Is your computer network stable?  Is it protected?  To what extent does it support your goals versus being a patchwork of random additions as you grow? 

• We look at how you communicate with the outside world; email, phone, print, Internet, everything.

• We also look at what you say when you communicate.  What is your message?  How do you position?

We look by meeting with you twice a month and asking lots of questions.  As we look we identify problems and opportunities and decide together what to do about each.  Some you’ll tackle.  Others you’ll want us to handle.  Still others can best be addressed by people we recommend.  Then we simply start chipping away, building the solutions.  The speed at which we chip is based on your desire for growth and budget constraints.
